THE ORIGIN

Bridging Ecosystems

Known as Manu or Mano, Manorath Joshi's work brings together psychological, cognitive, subconscious and transpersonal perspectives on conscious human performance.

The inception of The Inner Ordinate Project is the culmination of a lifelong exploration into human behaviour, systemic structures, and the profound depths of the subconscious mind.

THE FOUNDATION

An Academic Foundation in Human Potential

Long before entering the corporate boardroom, the foundation was built on the study of management and human resources. This cultivated a deep appreciation for human potential alongside a pragmatic understanding of business ecosystems.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning, after clearing the "National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET)" in Management on the first attempt, the professional journey began as an Assistant Professor, teaching undergraduate students. During this formative time, the focus expanded from the structures of business to the individuals driving them. This inspired the pursuit of an MSc in Applied Psychology and an MA in Philosophy & Religion. To further map the capabilities of the human mind, formal qualifications in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP Master Practitioner training were subsequently attained, expanding the practitioner toolkit across therapeutic, behavioural and subconscious-focused approaches.

THE NAVIGATION

Navigating High-Stakes Environments

Equipped with building on this multidisciplinary foundation, the focus shifted to the regulated, high-stakes corporate environment. Building a career across HR, recruitment and compliance in London's property and healthcare sectors provided first-hand exposure to the organisational pressures and psychosocial demands experienced by modern professionals.

An MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London supported efforts to actively bridge the gap between individual well-being and systemic organisational structures. This was followed by training/registration relating to psychological test use through the British Psychological Society (BPS) and EFPA Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU), undertaken through the University of Cambridge, further developing the application of psychological assessment in workplace contexts.

With the World Economic Forum's 2025 research highlighting the scale of skills disruption and the need for workforce reskilling, human-centred resilience has become an increasingly important organisational capability. As organisations navigate rapid skills disruption and changing psychosocial demands, human-centred resilience has become an increasingly important organisational capability.

THE SYNTHESIS

Dismantling Artificial Walls

Sustainable organisational performance and resilience depend not only on systems and structures, but also on how effectively people are supported to maintain their well-being and adapt to changing demands.

The Inner Ordinate Project was born out of this precise synthesis. It exists to dismantle the artificial boundaries between professional, psychosocial, therapeutic, and spiritual well-being.

By bringing together insights from occupational psychology, psychological assessment, neuro-linguistic approaches and transpersonal practice, the aim is clear: to evolve how organisations and academic institutions support their people and develop human potential.
